This unique and rare project is a renewal of Melina’s legacy felt rug collections that began in 2002 in Iran and is undergoing revitalization with new felt making partners in Nepal. Custom sizes and colors are now available. Our felt artisan partners were trained by Melina Finkelstein during a residency in April 2024 when she taught the women artisans the techniques for making Peace Industry ® felt rugs.
